Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Delicate Nature of the Product

Each piece from A Written Memory is thoughtfully created and contains delicate paper goods, prints, and artistic materials that should be handled with care. Because of the fragile and limited nature of these items, they are non-refundable.

Damages in Transit

While every order is packaged with care, A Written Memory is not responsible for damage caused during shipping or mishandling after delivery. If your order arrives with a significant issue, please reach out within a reasonable time so we can review the matter.

Product Care

To preserve the quality of your letter, prints, or included materials, we recommend storing them in a safe, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, or excessive handling.
