Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your A Written Memory subscription, you may do so before the 15th of the month for a refund and to prevent the next mailing from being processed.

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account and manage your subscription directly from your monthly subscription settings. Cancellations must be completed by the customer prior to the 15th.

Any cancellation made after the 15th will take effect for the following month, and the upcoming letter will remain non-refundable.
