Why I Created A Written Memory

I created A Written Memory because I wanted to offer something slower, more tangible, and more meaningful in a world that often moves too fast. As a traveling wedding photographer, I have the privilege of witnessing beauty, emotion, history, and human connection in so many forms, and this space became a way for me to preserve those reflections. It is a place where storytelling, art, memory, and curiosity can live together through letters that feel personal, thoughtful, and lasting.

To make this project even more meaningful, 10% of each letter will be donated to organizations that support the future of culture, creativity, and learning, including the Obama Foundation or the Gordon Parks Foundation. Giving back to the community of arts and science is deeply important to me, and I wanted this project to not only inspire reflection, but also contribute to something bigger than itself.
